I've found a work-life balance!!!!!!

Teacher is not a profession, it is a style of life or even a diagnosis of a hopeless case of disease. But that’s true only for devoted teachers, who are a bit perfectionists. If your are a teacher because you have a diploma, which gives you rights to tech children, try to find another exit, because being a teacher is something more that being just a teacher. Being a teacher means to be a professional – methodologist, Grammar teacher, Literature master, psychologist; but that’s not enough – you also have to be a youth mentor, sometimes a mother or even a father (or vice versa).
But that’s life, where you, being a perfectionist and being an excellent doer of one activity, can absolutely fail or be an amateur in others. So you can be a Teacher (from the capital letter) but how to stop being a mentor and start your own private life?
As for me that’ impossible, but we can come closer to the ideal.
First of all persuade yourself that you really need to have your private life or something more than your devotion. Secondly, try to find something which does not concern your job ( because having “teach-ing” hobby, such as creating new programs, surfing the Internet for new information about (high) school life, correspondence with your ex-pupils will not work at all - that’s the part of you-teacher). It can be reading last novelties of literature, taking dance classes, attending barman’s lessons or even walking with your pets ( if you have none – just buy a pet and you will certainly need some time for it).
The third step is finding time for your activity! You-not-a teacher needs some time and space for breathing. It is easy – just stop your teaching activity, forget about carrier, put aside copybooks, postpone planning a lesson. You shouldn’t do anything, unless you want to relax and let this world wait. You must enjoy your new state. Your wish to have a small piece of private life is your only helper.
And the last. Don’t make your refreshment your second work or you’ll need some rest from your rest! That’s ridiculous!
